1/25/07 - Added a Privacy Policy to the site to clarify how information submitted by site visitors will be used . Similar information has been available on the About Site page, but for convenience and clarity the new Privacy Policy page was added. You can rest assured that when you request real estate information from this site your contact information will not be sold to any third party.

1/22/07 - Site visitors now have the opportunity to register for a drawing for a $50 Gift Certificate . Residents of Knox, Blount and Sevier Counties are eligible. You can register one time per day. Contest ends on April 30th, 2007.

1/18/07 - It was time for a complete remodeling of the web site! It took several weeks of planning, design, learning about new methods of coding, testing, retesting, and a good deal of consultation with David Walker, but it's finally done! I will continue looking for bugs and dead links over the next few days. Let me know if you find any problems.
