Please note that each of these search methods return ALL homes for sale in the Multiple Listing Service indicated. Search results are not limited to either my or my company's listings. I am willing and able to assist you with any home offered for sale through either Multiple Listing Service regardless of the listing agency.
All the Listings, All the Time - The quickest way to get a snapshot of the real estate market. See All Listings by All Agents broken down by area. Find real estate in the Greater Knoxville Area, including parts of Sevier and Blount Counties. Search returns all real estate for sale in the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service.
New Listings - Are you watching the real estate market in the Seymour and the South Doyle areas? Now you can see new listings as they become available. I conduct this search weekly and post the results for your review. Information on price, number of bedrooms and baths, and the square footage is posted from most to least expensive. Click on the MLS # for any listing to get additional information from the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors.
Find a Home - This search method is found in the yellow box on the home page, on the left below the menu on this page, and on certain other pages within this site. It is a direct link to the Knoxville Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service. You can search by area, price, and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Search Results pop up in a new window. This method will allow you to see all pictures uploaded by the listing agent, the property address, price, square footage, and more. Click on the "More Info" button to the top right of the homes main photo for additional information about the home. Clicking on "Printer Friendly" returns information about the home in an easily viewable format and includes a map showing the property location. If you would like more information about a home you can click the "Interested" button at the bottom of each page to send me an email inquiry.
MyMLS Search - A highly customizable method of searching for homes, MyMLS Search allows the visitor to be very specific about the homes they would like to see. You simply enter your search criteria in the supplied form which is emailed to me. After receiving your request, I set up a search in the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service. The results of the search are sent automatically to your email account at the frequency you choose.
MyMLS Search works best for those who have a good idea of current market conditions. I recommend that visitors use Quick Search - Homes or Find a Home first before submitting a MyMLS Search Request. This will allow you to see how much homes that meet your general criteria are selling for before you get specific. When submitting the MyMLS Search Request, only select criteria that you must have. For instance, if you would like a fenced yard but would consider a home without this feature, do not check fenced yard. Doing so will eliminate all homes without a fenced yard. Quick Search - Homes - A quick and easy way to search for homes in the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service. This search is broken down by the sub areas of Knox, Blount and Sevier Counties in $50,000 increments. This search focuses on the most requested type of home, with 3 or more bedrooms and 2 or more bathrooms. Searches under $100,000 and those in the overnight rental areas of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg return results regardless of the number of bedroom and bathrooms.
Quick Search - Land - A quick and easy way to search for land in the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service. Searches are broken down by sub areas of Knox, Blount and Sevier Counties as well as by price increments and acreage.
Search Knoxville MLS - A direct link to the search features of the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program offered by the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service. This search method allows you to select criteria such as price, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, location, square footage, and acreage. It does not allow you as many options as the MyMLS Search, but results are delivered immediately instead of by email.
Search GSMAR MLS - A direct link to the search features of the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program offered by the Great Smoky Mountains Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service. This search method is very similar in functionality to the Knoxville MLS, with the primary difference being the areas covered. The GSMAR MLS works better for searches in Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Townsend, and other areas to the east of Seymour.
Subdivision Guide - While not designed primarily to search for homes, the Subdivision Guide does allow you to search for homes in a particular subdivision. Search results come from the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service. Other features of the Subdivision Guide include general information about the subdivision, general home age and size, low and high sales prices for 2005, number of homes sold in 2005, and a link to a map that shows the subdivision locations.
